Villa FLAME TREE HOUSE is situated in province Krabi, island Koh Lanta, on the cliff above the Andaman sea. It is one of 13 villas of the resort Nui Bay Sunset Villas complex. 

Access to the beach is either by the steps or by a short walk by a road. 

The villa has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room connected to a dining room, fully equipped kitchen and roofed terrace with a Jacuzzi, from where you can watch the sunset. 

The outer stairs lead to the lower floor. There are 2 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, each one with a king-size bed and one single bed. Each bedroom has its own wardrobe, bathroom (one with a shower, one with a bathtub). From both bedrooms there is an entrance to a roofed terrace with stunning sea view.     

The Villa is furnished in an Asian style with hand-made furniture and decorations from the Northern Thai town of Chiang Mai. 

There is a tropical garden in front and below the Villa, along with lotus pond at the entrance. The house is located near Nui Bay Beach and very popular Klong Nin Beach. 

The owner offers also a motorcycle Yamaha and a small fishing boat for sale. 

The island Koh Lanta is in the southern part of Thailand - province Krabi, where is an international airport. All the year round the temperature here is around 30°C.

The island is famous for its lush vegetation, coconut palms, white sandy beaches and a crystal clear water of Andaman sea. The island Koh Lanta Lai is a main island of the sea national park Mu Koh Lanta, which consists of 70 small islands. This area ranks among 10 top world places with the best posssibilities for diving for its amazing submarine life. Koh Lanta is 30 km long and 6 km wide.
